The study has been conducted in order to explore how to lead, manage and develop people virtually. In this regard, the aim of the study critically explores the practice of management, human resource management, and human resource development frameworks. Another aim is to identify the cultural, economic, and contextual impact on the practice of leadership, HRM, and HRD. The study also aims to develop critical responses regarding the existing theories on the impact of leadership practice, HRM, and HRD on employee engagement, commitment, and motivation. Finally, a critical application of the knowledge on leadership, HRM, and HRD frameworks will be performed in order to relate with the organizational changes and performance. In this regard, in accordance with the aims of the study, some recommendations will be provided in order to enhance the sustainability of the already existing leader, HRM, and HRD models. Finally, the conclusion section will conclude the overall understandings of the study.
