For my Unit 1 Individual Project I would like to conduct my project on the Patient Care Section Bureau of HIV/AIDS, Division of Disease Control North Carolina Department of Health. The purpose of this plan is to set forth a coordinated approach to addressing quality assessment and process improvement within the Patient Care Section of the Bureau of HIV/AIDS, North Carolina Department of
Health. The Patient Care Section is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of HIV medical care and
support services provided to HIV/AIDS clients throughout the state of North Carolina.

Discuss the pros and cons of at least 3 quality systems (e.g., ISO 9000, Six Sigma, plan-do-check-act or plan-do-study-act, Capability Maturity Model Integration [CMMI], organizational project management maturity model [OPM3®], Malcolm Baldrige).
Identify which one or combination is most appropriate for this project, and discuss why.
