The Guest Model- This model was introduced by David Guest. This model is more modern and superior to the other models as this addresses the current proposition of HRM practices. The model has six fundamental components- HR strategy, HR practices, HR outcomes, behavioral pricing, performance results, and financial consequences (Guest et al., 2021). In this regard, this model basically aims to establish the financial connection between the organization and its people through the HR team.
