The Warwick Model- This model was formulated by Hendry and Pettigrew, who suggested giving fundamentals for the HRM model. They are- outer context, inner context, business strategy content, HRM context, HRM content (Uysal, 2019). This model mainly focuses on the macro and micro environmental forces of human resource management.
