This paper identifies that people in Taiwan may find work without a college diploma in many circumstances. For instance, YouTubers and fashion designers, for example, do not need a degree to operate in their fields. Google, for example, maintains a Google school where graduates may immediately begin working for the company. This research intends to investigate the kind of education/course school owners need to offer to assist students in developing and flourishing outside of formal schooling and the type of education/course they need to provide to help students grow and succeed in the workplace and society.
